Doggie Day Care

Don't laugh...but we have put Blue in Doggie Day Care.

Currently with school and work, Blue is by himself all day 2 days a week. Starting this week that bumps up to 3 days a week. So whats the big deal you might ask? When Stu and I get home after Blue has been by his self all day, he is usually so hyper and honestly, Stu and I would rather just relax then to play with the dog. I started to feel really bad about this so we started looking into daycare.

We found a place close to our house that was $15.00 a day for day care. Blue however had to go 'try out' to see if he would fit in with the other dogs. This day care has dogs ranging from 10 lbs to 180 lbs and they all have to get along. So we took Blue today since Stu and I both had the day off and he passed the 15 min test. YEAH. The next step was to have Blue stay for 6 hours and see if he would do okay.

Later that day I picked up Blue and they said he did just great and was in! I was so proud, my dog was accepted to the cool kids club! YEAH. I really think this will help Blue with his fear aggression and help him get more social. The great thing about this place....it has a doggie cam so I can watch him all day and see how he is doing. Is this what it is like to be a parent?

Valentine's Day

Sarah & Stu at Macaroni Grill

Valentine's Day is my favorite holiday. I know most people think it is the "stupidest" holiday, but I love what Valentine's represents. Love. One day out of the year there is more love then there was the day before or the day after Valentine's Day.

With that being said, this Valentine's Day was really hard because Stu and I decided we were not going to give gifts this year to help save on money. This thought KILLED me. But we (I mean "I") held true to it. We just gave each other cards.

My mother in law was born on Valentine's Day and to help celebrate her birthday this year, Dad Reeder planned a surprise party for Valentine's night. Surprise=just casually show up at 9:30 for dinner and say you just 'happen' to be there for dinner. It worked out great-Mom was surprised to have the whole family at Macaroni Grill to celebrate her birthday. It was so much fun to be with the whole family to celebrate a special holiday and a special birthday.

Mom was sang to in Italian by a very talented singer

I am.....

I am....shy. I have a hard time meeting new people

I think...I can do it all

I want...more money to travel and buy whatever I want

I have....nothing to do at work. I have to find things to do to keep me busy

I miss...my out of state friends & Kristie who is too far away

I fear....heights, needles and blood

I feel....tried, I think I have a cold coming on

I hear...music in the background

I smell...a candle burning

I crave....chocolate!

I cry...at commercials

I regret...not teaching aerobics sooner

I search...for old things. I love antiques and I LOVE the Antique Roadshow

I wonder...if I chose another path in my life would it have still led me here??

I wish...on stars

I love...cemeteries, especially the old ones

I care...about how I look. If I don't think I look good then my day is shot

I always...have gum, water and chap stick close by

I worry...that something will happen to Stu and I will have to go through life without him

I am not...a mean person

I remember...being little where life was so much simpler

I believe...in love

I sing...when I am alone and no one can hear me

I don't always...wash my hair. I will only go one day-everyday gets old and trying

I argue...to make my point

I write...not that often. I usually type because I don't like my handwriting

I lose...my mind every now and then. I blame it on age

I listen...to my mom even though I don't want to

I can usually be found...at home in my scarpbooking office

I need...to get caught up on scrapbooking

I forget...the little things sometimes, but expect others to remember them

I am happy...when I am with Stu, family and friends
