Trip to the farm

A lady in our ward home schools her kids.  She puts together monthly activities and this month, it was a trip to the local farm to see the animals.  It was quite fun.  We got to see lots of animals, take a hay ride, and plant a pumpkin seed to take home.  Hannah will ask me every couple days if we can 'go to the farm'.

Race in the Rain

I HATE running a race in the rain.  Stu and my brother Coleman signed up to do a 30K which is about 19 miles to help prepare them for the Ogden Marathon in a few weeks.  Stu flew in for the race and then after the week of Hannah and I staying in Utah, we would drive home the next day.
The forecast called for rain!  Stu has never run a race in the rain.  I told him...good luck!  Both him and my brother did AMAZING considering the conditions.  Stu ran most of the race in his rain poncho and Coleman's music kicked out so he had to run in silence, but overall..they ROCKED it.

I snapped this when they arrived back home.  You can see how wet it was outside, but these boys didn't' even look like they were effected (probably because they were so cold and tired :-) )

Easter

This year we were in Utah for Easter.  It was fun to be with family for this special holiday.  Hannah was able to attend an Easter Egg hunt at my BFF's house.  She didn't quite understand it at first, but once she got the concept.  She was unstoppable at collecting eggs.

We had our own Easter egg hunt at Stu's parents house.  Hannah was in heaven looking for eggs.  They were filled with "M's" (M & M's) and she went crazy looking for them.

We were able to go to church with Stu's parents on Easter.  Hannah enjoyed nursery, they even did an Easter Egg hunt for the little ones.  She came home with a basket and even more eggs and candy.
