We did a lot of things, not all the 'touristy' things. We slept in everyday, ate bagels at a deli, Amanda took us to a lot of cool places for food that you normally would never eat at, we shopped at flea markets, went to Time's Square saw the play "Billy Elliott", saw lots of Military (it was Fleet Week), kayaked the Hudson River (so gross, but ohh so cold water), walked a TON, saw a cool Egyptian exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, sweated like nothing else (85 degree's and 75% humidity) and just laughed.
Amanda, Coleman and Sarah on the Hudson River (look at the gross water, but it felt soo good on the swollen feet)
In honor of Fleet Week, in Times Square there was this place set up for Sand Masters to create their art in sand. We saw it at the beginning and at the end, this was the end. It was so cool to see sand created in this way. Looks like stone.

New York City
One of my best friends is FINALLY moving back to Salt Lake from living in NYC for 6 years. I of course wanted to visit her 1...more...time so I talked my brother Coleman into coming with me since we were going to take bags out to help Amanda pack. Coleman had never been so this was going to be a treat.

I LOVE feeling my daughter move on a CONSTANT bases and I love knowing that I am protecting her till we can officially meet her on the 4th of August. Here is my picture at 30 weeks. I was leaving for NYC that night and we realized we better catch a picture before I left and another week got by.
