Leah's Last Day

For Leah's last day we all went out to eat as a family. It was fun to spend another day with Leah. She has been set to go to Afghanistan on Sunday the 23rd for 7 months. We will miss her terribly and wish her all our love!

The Zoo

Hannah first visited the zoo during Christmas time. But we decided to go back with Aunt Leah while she was visiting. Not only did Aunt Leah come, but so did Uncle Cannon, Uncle Coleman and Grandma. We had a great time (despite the warm weather)

Feeding the Ducks

We had some extra hamburger buns left over, so Hannah, Leah and I headed out to Sugarhouse Park to feed the ducks. Those ducks (well geese) are vicious little devils!

Family Hike

With my sister in town, one thing she wanted to do was go for a hike. So we loaded up the family and hit the hills in Salt Lake. This was Hannah's first hike and she did great!

Tracy Aviary

Some good friends of ours invited us to go to Tracy Aviary with them to see all the birds. Stu had to work so he was not able to come, but Hannah and I met up with Ryan, Stacie and Lily to see all the beautiful birds.

11 months old

Little Miss is 11 months old on July 11th. I hope 11 becomes her lucky number-
With Leah being in town we hit up City Creek and took her pictures there. She has all but destroyed by month sign, but that's okay. I think I am done with it anyways.

Here are some new things about Hannah:

*She clucks like a chicken
*She growls
*Knows how to click her tongue against the roof of her mouth
*Started swimming lessons and loves the water
*LOVES to play with the door stops that stop the door for hitting the wall. We have had to glue the stopper to the copper coil cuz she puts it in her mouth
*Can pull herself up to a standing position
*Loves to sleep in the corners of her crib
*Plays the game "I get you" where you crawl after her and she crawls away, then you turn it around and say "don't get me" and she crawls after you
*Is into EVERYTHING

Farmer's Market and Aunt Leah

My sister is on leave from the Marines before she gets deployed next month. We have her for 2 weeks and have all kinds of fun things planned. Her first order of business was to see Hannah. She hasn't seen her (except pictures) since January. All the girls met up at the local Farmer Market to do some shopping.

4th of July

The 4th of July we spent with the Reeder's. We had a picnic (inside since it was sooo hot) but the grand kids went outside to play in the water. Hannah didn't get to see any fireworks (since she goes to bed at 7PM) but I am sure she would have loved them.
